3. New ICS panel, containing updated hot videos from the International Channel Shanghai.
4. New customisable World Clock panel for you to glance what time it is in various cities around the world.
5. Added Chinese style skins to make your QQ different from the rest.
6. Added Weather icon and tips on the main panel offering you the weather forecast of the location where you live.
